Fu Chain-Type Conveyor

Scope of application:
Fu chain conveyor, a new energy-saving product designed in the 1990s, introduces foreign advanced technology. It is an embedded scraper chain conveyor in special form. The product combines the advantages of embedded scraper conveyor and chain conveyor. It applies to the horizontal or slightly inclined (inclination less than or equal to 100) direction conveying for granular and pulverous materials which are dry and easy to flow. In recent years, the product enjoys tremendous popularity in handling materials such as cement, food, pulverized coal, alumina, sand, urea, etc.

The product has big conveying capacity. This series of chain conveyor has a complete range of specifications, a total of 8 kinds from 150 to 800. Conveying capacity can be chosen by user from 8 to 600 m 3/h;
Conveying efficiency is high. The product has good sealing performance, low fault rate, which reduces maintenance costs;
Structure of the product is original, and design is reasonable. Exquisite workmanship and high-strength chain ensure safe and reliable operation;
General sliding friction is replaced with rolling friction. In the case of the same throughput, the drive power is smaller and power consumption is lower;
A thrust bearing is equipped before the head section of the machine, which can bear the axial force when materials are moving; In the back of the tail section a rolling bearing (sliding bearing) is equipped, which can sustain the screw shaft and supplement shaft length;
This conveyor is hermetic and dust-free. It is an environmental friendly energy-saving product, which can effectively prevent dust pollution.
